WikiArt is an Education application by Waleed Azhar. This is the project of WikiArt.org that aims to make artworks around the world be available for viewing by everyone. Whenever users wish to see artworks but they are limited by geography, time and privacy by some institution, they can use this application for viewing them on their mobile devices. Users navigate on the application by selecting Paintings, Artists and custom search with parameters like Favorites, Featured, Popular, Style, Genre and Recent. They can also type keywords related to the artwork they are looking for. Anyone can appreciate the works of well renowned artists without going to museums.
